• To maintain condition and performance of automation cells, Robotics and Vision inspection systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and pneumatic equipment to find faults and repair them in timely manner
• Carry out preventive and reactive maintenance and document it
• Optimise machine cycle times and lead other process improvements
• Participate in development and commissioning of automated equipment
• Maintain adequate spare parts stock levels
• Assist developing technical documentation
• Carry out changeover of machines in line with production schedule

Experience

• Relevant experience in manufacturing environment (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation)
• Working experience with robots and machine vision inspection systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate with MS Office skills
• Experience commissioning and optimising new equipment
