Maintenance and Hot Tub AssistantWe are looking for a Maintenance and Hot Tub Assistant to join our team at Keswick Reach Lodge Retreat in Cockermouth, Cumbria. Hourly rate of £11.44!This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 various days which will include weekends and bank holidays.Shift times will vary and can be any of the following 8am – 4:30pm, 9am – 5:30pm, 10am – 6:30pm or 12:30pm – 9pm.On-call will be required on a rota basis.Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.Company overview:Darwin Escapes has 26 amazing destinations across the United Kingdom, each of which has its own unique offering. Whether you are looking for a role in food and beverage, grounds, maintenance, housekeeping, entertainment or at a management level then the Darwin family will have the career waiting for you!About the roleMain responsibilities:The successful Maintenance and Hot Tub Assistant will· Assist the maintenance team with the upkeep of company buildings and guest accommodation.· Respond to and complete maintenance requests from guests on site.· Assist in the completion of any renovation projects or redecoration.· Complete any planned daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks.· Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of all hot tubs on changeover days.· Assist with grass cutting and strimming, edging and weeding borders and also clearing pathways.Requirements:Previous maintenance experience is preferred. A positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills is desirable.
