Collaborate with and learn from our seasoned Associates and VPs as you embark on an exhilarating journey in the world of finance.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Immerse yourself in the thrill of qualitative and quantitative analysis for financing and M&A processes.
  • Craft sophisticated financial models, discounted cash flow valuations, and scenario analyses, presenting results with clarity and impact.
  • Dive into due diligence processes led by third-party advisors, gaining hands-on experience in the intricate world of financial assessments.
  • Analyze diverse projects and markets, identifying golden opportunities for impactful deals.
  • Channel your creativity into creating compelling marketing and process documents, from teasers to information memoranda and reports.
  • Be an integral part of the dynamic (real and virtual) office life of our young and innovative company, always pushing the boundaries to enhance service quality.

Required Skills:

  • Showcase your prowess in Excel modeling, with a knack for VBA or other programming languages.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, expertly prioritizing and executing tasks.
  • Exhibit a rapid learning curve and stellar analytical skills.
  • Embrace a strong work ethic, excelling both independently and as a vital team player.
  • Translate technical concepts into digestible information for a non-technical audience.
  • Ideally, bring financial modeling and valuation experience, especially within the realms of renewables, energy, and/or infrastructure sectors.
