We offer beef and lamb products ranging from retail ready cuts for butchers’ counters to branded packaged meat, all as part of our service; raised on open pastures, sourced from local farmers and hand-selected by our master butchers, we produce beef and lamb products with integrity and unmatched quality assurance.RequirementsWe are currently recruiting for a Logistics Hygiene Nights Shift Team Lead, to lead the operation of the tray wash and compactor room in Kepak.This is a full time position working 21:00 – 6:00am Monday to Wednesday, then 18:00 – 03:00 – Thursday and Friday.

• Ensuring health and safety policies are always followed
• Leading the logistics hygiene team to hit required targets
• Work well as part of a team and have positive “can do” attitude
• To be able to follow instructions and procedures
• Be willing to gain new skills and experience
• Lead a team to ensure maximum potential in tray wash area
• Organisation of the clean and dirty trays to ensure clear segregation
• Organise, sort and manage general waste, recyclable waste, floor waste and contaminated waste to ensure it is going to the correct waste management systems
• Ensure all areas of responsibility are kept clean and organised.
• Controlling and monitoring the storage and use of cleaning chemicals
• This role is a hands on role so candidate will work along side their team while leading by example
• No previous experience is necessary in tray wash and compactor room.
