Location: Leeds Bradford Airport, Main Stores

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurate import/export customs administration and associated record keeping and carrying out general administration duties within Stores to ensure that all Stores records are updated and filed.
• Ensuring all company parts and materials are classified in accordance with UK trade tariff codes and the import/export is processed using the correct customs regime using the computerised stock management system.
• Liaising with internal teams such as Engineering Administration and Finance and review monthly reports showing all imports/exports in order to identify and rectify any incorrect declarations.

Requirements:

• Ideally have previous experience in Freight Forwarding and Customs Compliance.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office, excellent communication and good general administration skills.
• A dangerous Goods qualification is desirable but not essential.
