Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role will be responsible for liaising with carriers and freight forwarders to evaluate right mode of transport for movement of raw materials and finished goods from suppliers to the warehouses, analysis of most cost effective shipping methods according to budget and reconciling invoices, being the point of contact for delivery issues raised by customers and escalating this the right channels.Welcome to Trinny London!Here at Trinny London, we’re changing the face of makeup and demystifying skincare, and we’re only just getting started. - Day-to-day management of local and global shipments within Trinny London Supply Chain Network, using all available transport routes.
- Updating the business on shipment status and ETAs to final destination
- Liaising with different logistics partners to guarantee best rates available
- Liasing with the warehouses to confirm orders dispatched and delivered on time
- Understanding of delivery metrics, OTIF, dispatch on time, failed deliveries, and supporting with delivery queries and complaints
- Creating export documentation for retail and wholesale orders
- Understand and keep to to date with international trading requirements – customs procedures across markets, UK, AU, US, Europe etc
- Management of logistics invoices, to ensure prompt and accurate payment
- Implementing and continually improving processes and procedures
RequirementsThese skills will help you go far in this role:
- Experience in a logistics role within Supply Chain or Operations team
- Exports and imports experience ideally in a B2C and B2B environment
- Final mile delivery and delivery metrics
- Analytically driven mindset, with strong problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication across different stakeholder groups
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Passionate about organisation and improving processes
