The successful candidate will manage and optimize the logistics processes for our electric vehicle battery solutions, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to our clients.Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with logistics provider to schedule collections & deliveries – using their system but also via phone
• Liaising with customers to co-ordinate deliveries and collections
• Updating internal systems and trackers to ensure up to date information on status
• Working closely with internal team to ensure shipments are ready on time
• Maintaining parts tracking spreadsheets using information provided by the team
• Placing parts orders in customer systems
• General administrative tasks e.g. placing orders

Skills & Experience

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be able to write and speak fluently in both English and Dutch, other languages would be a huge advantage
