Please note that this role requires Full-Time working rights in Australia to proceed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage guests by activating all lobby area services, including the Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, and Lounge. Tailor recommendations to highlight our finest amenities and offerings.

  • Anticipate and respond to guest requests with precision and care, arranging transportation, reservations, and other special needs while ensuring satisfaction through thoughtful follow-up.

  • Share the unique history of The Ritz-Carlton brand and the building’s heritage, enriching guest experiences with compelling stories that connect them to our legacy.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for guests by offering insights about the property, local events, and exclusive activities, creating bespoke experiences.

  • Partner seamlessly with departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Bell Services to resolve any guest concerns promptly and with grace.

  • Ensure a safe and luxurious environment by reporting safety concerns, maintaining impeccable grooming and uniform standards, and protecting company assets.

*About You: *

  • An up-to-date Drivers License

  • Experience working in a hotel setting is preferred

  • Working rights in Australia 

  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career 

  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment 

  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude 

  • Ability to multitask and work in fast pacing environment.

  • Experience in OPERA is a bonus
