A growing, progressive law firm in Bray, is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time on-site role where you will be providing essential administrative and logistical support to one Litigation Partner and the wider Litigation team.Why Join This Firm?

• Dictaphone Typing: Accurate transcription of legal correspondence and documents.
• Legal Document Preparation: Drafting, formatting, and finalizing legal documents and booklets for Counsel and Court.
• Diary Management: Organizing and managing appointments and schedules for all members of the Litigation team.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow within the litigation department.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience and proficiency in Dictaphone typing.
• Strong legal document preparation and legal assistant skills.
• Demonstrable commercial and civil litigation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of legal terminology and litigation procedures.
