Compensation: $80,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST (40 hours per week) – flexible scheduling available, some evening hours preferred

About the Role:

• Schedule: 40 hrs/wk, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm EST – flexible scheduling available, some evening hours preferred
• Patient Population: All Ages with a full range of community mental health diagnoses
• Trauma-Informed Care & Documentation: Strong documentation skills and a trauma-informed approach are essential to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for our patients.
• Collaborative Environment: We are looking for a flexible provider who excels in teamwork and communication, working closely with a dedicated and supportive care team to meet patient needs effectively, especially those of child and adolescent patients.
• Remote & Supported: This is a 100% remote role based at an outpatient community mental health center in New York. You’ll have full support from onsite telehealth staff, giving you more time to focus on what you do best—patient care!

Iris Telehealth is seeking LCSWs to provide care to patients in a community mental health outpatient setting for 40 hours a week. This 100% remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners, expanding access to quality care. You’ll be able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, and be supported by an experienced administrative team—so you can focus on what matters most: patient care.

Qualifications:

• An active LCSW license in the state of New York is required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience & practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Availability for 40 hours per week, with the ability to work during EST hours.
• Experience and willingness to treat patients of all ages (ideally ages 6+)
• Must have passed ASWB exam
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
