Licensed Clinical Social Worker (100% Remote) – Indiana and/or Minnesota license required

Iris Telehealth is seeking independent LCSWs to provide care to patients in a community mental health outpatient setting for 40 hours a week. This 100% remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners, expanding access to quality care. You’ll be able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, and be supported by an experienced administrative team—so you can focus on what matters most: patient care.

About the Role:

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, schedule Monday to Friday 8am-5pm CST
• Patient Population: Ages 6+ with moderate acuity, primarily patients with PTSD, ADHD, adjustment disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and/or depression.
• Remote & Supported: This is a 100% remote role based at an outpatient community mental health center in Minnesota. You’ll have full support from onsite telehealth staff, giving you more time to focus on what you do best—patient care!
• Collaborative Environment: We are seeking a flexible provider who excels in teamwork and communication, working closely with a dedicated and supportive care team to meet patient needs effectively, especially child and adolescent patients.

Qualifications:

• An active independent LCSW license in the state of Indiana and/or Minnesota is required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience & practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Availability for 40 hours per week, with the ability to work during CST hours.
• Experience and willingness to treat patients of all ages (ages 6+)
• Must have passed ASWB exam
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
