• Manage the letting process from property listing to tenant move-in.
• Conduct property viewings and inspections.
• Negotiate rental agreements and renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of all lettings and interactions.
• Ensure properties meet all legal and safety requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
• Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property letting or real estate is preferred.
• Have a PSRA licence or be working towards same
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Dublin’s property market is a plus.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
