- Manage the letting process from property listing to tenant move-in.
- Conduct property viewings and inspections.
- Negotiate rental agreements and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings and interactions.
- Ensure properties meet all legal and safety requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property letting or real estate is preferred.
- Have a PSRA licence or be working towards same
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Dublin’s property market is a plus.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
