• Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents.
• Organise, manage, and maintain case files for easy access and reference.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, handling inquiries promptly.
• Provide administrative support, including answering calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining schedules.

The Ideal Person

• Essential – at least 1 years’ experience in a Legal Secretary position
• Preferred – Corporate experience
• Effective time management skills
• Diary management
• Good communication skills and telephone manner
