Location: Cork CitySalary: €30k+ DOEHours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced full time Legal Secretary to join their dynamic and busy office.This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment, with free parking available for all staff.They pride themselves on maintaining a positive and collaborative work atmosphere, ensuring that both clients and staff receive the best possible experience.Key responsibilities:

• Dictaphone typing
• File management
• Handling client queries
• Managing all incoming and outgoing post
• Diary Management

Essential skills and qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
• Capability to work under pressure

Desirable skills:

• Knowledge of Keyhouse or similar case management systems
