Flynn O’Driscoll is now seeking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary for our Commercial Property Team.Due to continued commercial growth and success, we are recruiting a Legal Secretary to join the Commercial Property Team in our Dublin office. This is a permanent full-time position reporting to our Property Partner.About the role:Working as a member of the Commercial Property Team, you will have responsibility for the following:Managing sales and purchases on behalf of our clients;Managing files on our Practice Management System (Practice Evolve);Liaising with clients in Ireland and overseas in relation to property matters;Preparing documentation (including NPPR Certificates, Affidavits, Declarations and letters from County Councils);Registering Deeds with the Property Registration Authority, Assisting the Partners with mortgage and loan procedures;Filing Stamp Duty returns and other enquiries online via Ros;Preparing document bibles and closing and Archiving files and deeds post deal completion.About the candidate:You have relevant work experience as an experienced Legal Secretary in a Property Team gained working in a Law Firm based in Ireland;You have strong IT skills and can demonstrate your experience of working with a case management system (Practice Evolve);You have advanced MS Office Skills;You work well on your own initiative and as part of a team;You are an effective communicator with strong attention to detail;You have the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality;Previous experience of working on new housing developments would be advantageous.Compensation and Benefits:Our ‘Compensation and Benefits package’ offer our staff, reward and recognition for their contribution and the expertise they contribute enabling our future growth:
