Job DescriptionLegal SecretaryPertemps are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join a leading Law firm based in Basingstoke working within their litigation & notary public department. This is a full-time, permanent position.Legal Secretary Responsibilities:
– Liaising with clients to book appointments & confirm documentation needed
– Diary & travel management for numerous members of the team
– Prepare invoices, financial statements and assist with taking payment
– Assisting the team with any administration dutiesLegal Secretary Requirements:
– Previous legal experience
– Previous experience working in a dispute resolution (litigation
– Proven PA experience
– Highly organised & derail orientated
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ambitious, enthusiastic and a team playerLegal Secretary Package:
– Salary of £23,000 upwards
– Monday to Friday
– Performance related bonuses
– Company pension scheme and group life assurance scheme
– Option for hybrid working available after completion of training
