Job DescriptionLegal SecretaryPertemps are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join a leading Law firm based in Basingstoke working within their private client department. This is a full-time, permanent position.Legal Secretary Responsibilities:
– Day to day management of files
– Audiotyping
– File opening, giving quotes and sending out quote letters
– Arranging client meetings
– Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
– Assist with telephone enquiries
– Assisting with general compliance and administration tasksLegal Secretary Requirements:
– Previous legal experience
– Previous private client experience is highly advantageous
– Administrative experience
– Highly organised
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Willingness and eager to learnLegal Secretary Package:
– Salary of £23,000 upwards
– Monday to Friday
– Performance related bonuses
– Company pension scheme and group life assurance scheme
– Option for hybrid working available after completion of training
