, Risk & Compliance | Ireland | Contract | € 850 – € 900Sanderson are partnering with a Global Leading Insurance Group to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Legal & Regulatory Senior Project Manager on a 6-month daily rate contract. This role will encompass all aspects of the programme, including setting and tracking project milestones, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that the project stays within budget. This position is hybrid working in the Dublin office.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Legal Step Plan, including M&A and communications.
• Manage project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and control project expenses to stay within budget.
• Collaborate closely with the Legal team to navigate the complexities of mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Drive the progression of the Legal Step plan, including Due Diligence Processes.
• Prepare and roll out the communications plan.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with strong organisational skills.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, and third parties.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study.
• Relevant project management qualifications (PMP, PRINCE II, Agile certification).
• Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Planview or equivalent).
• Proven track record of delivering Legal & Regulatory programmes.
• Experience in the Life & Pensions industry is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage schedules.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and listen actively.
• Ability to work effectively with different departments and teams to drive transformation.
