Link Personnel in partnership with our client, are hiring a Legal Personnel Assistant to join the highly regarded Aviation Team in this Top Tier Law Firm.We are looking for a talented and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to join their Aviation Finance team, which represents leading domestic and international clients. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be part of a dynamic, approachable, and collaborative team in Ireland’s leading law firm, working alongside other skilled PAs.Salary: to €50kBenefits: Pension, Healthcare, Bonus, Annual Review, CPD, Wellbeing Programme, Hybrid working.Overall Package: to €56kRole Overview
As a PA, you will provide comprehensive legal secretarial support, ensuring seamless administrative operations within the team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

  • Organising travel and accommodation arrangements for partners and team members.
  • Taking full ownership of monthly invoicing and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Liaising with clients to address invoicing queries and manage outstanding payments.
  • Assisting with client onboarding processes.
  • Producing accurate and professional emails and documents.
  • Providing business development support, including assistance with internal and external committee work.
  • Managing diaries and emails, proactively monitoring and addressing action items.
  • Handling expenses for allocated staff.

The Candidate:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Legal PA, supporting senior professionals in a professional services environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to deliver high-quality, accurate work.
  • A post-leaving certificate qualification (e.g., diploma/certificate in secretarial studies) or equivalent experience.
  • A high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative PA team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple priorities.
