Leading Irish law firm have an urgent requirement for an experience Property Legal Secretary to join their team in Dublin. Working within a team of twelve, you will support Partners and Associates in their work with both multi-nationals and well-known Irish companies.This role will suit a Secretary / Legal PA who enjoys working in a collaborative department where ideas are shared and individuals work together across files. You will be a team-player with an enthusiasm to get stuck in and hit the ground running. It is essential that you have experience working within property, my client will consider candidates with this experience in any size firm.Duties will include:

• Digital dictations, formatting documents and preparing contracts.
• Registration with Land Registry / Registry of Deeds.
• Preparation of closing documents, bibles of security and scheduling of title documents.
• Updating and maintaining the case management system.
• General secretarial work including billing.

Suitable candidates for this role will have:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legal PA / Secretary in a Property department.
• Experience using digital dictation and case management software.
• Strong ability to work as part of a team with excellent communication skills.
