The successful candidate will be a key player in the legal team, providing high-quality legal advice across EMEA and occasionally supporting the broader Group. The company offer diverse career development opportunities and the chance to work on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Some key duties include:Handling all legal matters in EMEA.
Drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts.
Managing or assisting with disputes and claims.
Ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
Supporting M&A transactions, joint ventures, and reorganizations.
Managing trademarks and IP matters.
Assisting with compliance on anti-bribery, corruption, and sanctions.
Collaborating on strategic projects with internal teams.
Planning and delivering training programs for the business.
Managing external legal advisors and monitoring legal expensesTo be considered for this role you need a strong background in general commercial contracts.
