Job Type: Full-time, PermanentWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Cashier to join a dynamic and growing finance and accounts team in Birmingham.As a Legal Cashier, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the finance team. Your duties will include a variety of tasks related to financial transactions and records, ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Performing bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Processing TT payments and handling account entries.
• Managing invoices, bills, and statements to maintain proper documentation.
• Handling petty cash and assisting with general credit control functions.
• Dealing with day-to-day enquiries from department staff members.
• Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations and maintaining accurate financial records.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Legal Cashier, preferably in a law firm environment.
• Strong understanding of case management and finance systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in managing financial records.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
