Their dynamic team is looking for a talented Legal Advisor to help them navigate the legal landscape as the continue to grow.The Role:
As a Legal Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and negotiating third-party agreements, such as NDAs, non-competition, and supplier agreements.
• Attending client meetings and liaising directly with clients to support the sales team in winning new business and negotiating terms.
• Managing and resolving national and international legal disputes, including contractual issues, employment matters, debt recovery, and court documentation preparation.
• Acting as the first escalation point for legal and contractual queries internally.
• Overseeing and supporting the work permit application process, coordinating with local immigration partners as needed.
• Managing and mentoring a Junior Legal Advisor, ensuring their training and development within the legal team.

About You:
The ideal Legal Advisor will bring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, coupled with strong communication skills, as you will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels

• 2+ years of experience as a Legal Advisor, Senior In-House Paralegal, or in a similar role
• A strong understanding of contract law
• Experience supervising In-House Paralegals/Junior Legal Advisors would be beneficial
