• Senior level role with within a well-respected and well-established Lease Advisory team in Birmingham.
• The autonomy to manage and prioritise your own work to achieve best results while being supported by key Partners within the team
• Support the team in winning new business whilst providing the best advice appropriate for clients to help them meet their goals and aspirations
• Work on behalf of Landlords and Occupiers across existing client base of major national occupiers and smaller regional franchisees
• A broad role dealing with traditional rent reviews and lease renewals as well as tactical Asset management including re gears, lease re-structuring and related consultancy assignments.

• MRICS with at least 3-5 years PQE
• Substantial experience on all aspects of L&T including Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews and Re Gears
