While GOAL continues to be an agile first-responder to humanitarian crises, it is also committed to working with vulnerable communities to help them survive crises and support them on the road to recovery.Job PurposeGOAL has an exciting opportunity for committed professional to join a dynamic humanitarian organisation of 3,000 team members delivering life-changing programmes across 14 countries in Africa, Middle East and Latin America. As part of GOAL’s Talent, Learning and Inclusion team, you will play a key role in the effective administration and organisation of various learning and development programmes and activities.You will be part of an innovative team shaped by their shared commitment to Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging and who are passionate about delivering impactful L&OD programmes in support of GOAL’s humanitarian mission, including leveraging new AI opportunities in learning strategies. Please note, Our office is based in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin. As part of our Hybrid working policy we we ask our employees to attend our office a minimum of 2 days per week.Duties and responsibilities:Training Administration & Implementation
