Are you a highly organized and data-driven individual with a passion for optimization. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Administrator to join our growing international cleaning company based in the UK. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection and your own laptop.As a Lead Administrator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our lead management process. You will be responsible for analysing lead data, maintaining spreadsheets, and providing valuable insights to our sales team for enhanced lead conversion.Responsibilities:

  • Lead Analysis: Analyse lead data from various sources
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets with lead information, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • CRM Analysis: Analysis of CRM lead information
  • Sales Support: Advise sales teams on lead insights, providing valuable information for closing deals and increasing conversion rates.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the lead process, contributing to a more efficient and effective system.
  • Missed Opportunity Reduction: Analyse data to identify patterns and trends that lead to missed opportunities
  • Email Management: Attend to emails internal and external emails
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally via Microsoft Teams and participate actively in team meetings.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday – 08:30 to 17:00 (UK time).

What We Offer:

  • Salary: R4500 – R5000 per month depending on experience
  • 40 days leave per year

Remote Work Requirements:As a remote employee, you should have access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace. You should also be able to communicate effectively with team members through various virtual communication tools.Requirements:

  • Good analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • CRM systems (training provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English essential
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
