• 2-3 Days a week in the office
• 2x Annual Bonus

You will have the chance to work on a range of technically challenging projects from concept to detail and commissioning including commercial, residential, and HMP Prisons on both refurb and new build projects.There is the opportunity to move into a directorship quite quickly with the idea that you would have your own P&L and a bonus associated to any profit you make.Job OverviewShort Term: Oversee the delivery of current projects and manage sub-consultants to ensure high-quality sustainable design work has been delivered.Medium Term: Grow a team around you and gradually bring that outsourced work back in-house. Establish internal strategies, workflows and processes to streamline the delivery of sustainability and sustainable design projects.Long Term: Grow the footprint within the sustainability market.
