This role offers unlimited training and huge progression scopes.The site you will be covering is a world renowned aviation site in Broughton.The role:The Lead Mechanical Engineer will be joining a part of a larger team of multi skilled engineers working on static site in Chester on a Prestigious Industrial site carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on any general building maintenance, small installation projects, servicing and repairs.The Benefits:

Main Duties:
- Conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks according to schedules
- Lubricating moving parts to ensure smooth operation
- Replacing worn or damaged parts as needed
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues and diagnosing problems
- Repairing or adjusting mechanical components to restore functionality
- Conducting tests to ensure proper functioning after maintenance or repairs
- Documenting maintenance activities and keeping accurate records
- Following safety procedures and protocols while working on machinery
- Collaborating with other team members or departments for complex repairs or upgrades
- Participating in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and techniques
- Implementing improvements to enhance equipment performance or reliability.
