• This role reports directly into the engineering director, progression to engineering manager available
• Overseeing and developing product improvements
• Managing a team of 2 manufacturing engineers

The Person

• Supervisory experience
• Knowledge and experience of continuous improvement/process improvement/NPI/NPD
• Any manufacturing background considered, previous experience in aerospace highly desirable
