Whether it’s a Friday-night feast, a post-gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners across the globe.About the role:As a lead in this team, there is a huge opportunity to influence and develop our creative campaign delivery processes, alongside delivering some very exciting work.As the Lead Creative Project Manager working alongside our Global Studio, you oversee every stage of key creative campaigns from briefing through to final delivery. Acting as the contact point between the Studio and business stakeholders, you ensure that projects are well-briefed, stakeholders are managed well through the duration of a project and deadlines are met. Alongside this you will manage a small team of PM’s who also serve the Creative Studio function.Following our growth as Just Eat Takeaway.com, our Project Managers now have an even wider scope. Your aim is to build good relationships with colleagues across the organisation, improving processes to help us deliver exceptional creative work, including exploring new tools, reviewing ways of working and improving communication between teams. You will also be responsible for supporting Studio in integrating to our year-round planning cycles, adapting fast to facilitate the rate of change in our business whilst maintaining some structure to steer teams to.These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Project manage the delivery of key multi-channel, multi-market campaigns from briefing to completion, such as Love Island and other TV sponsorships
• Continuous improvement of our process infrastructure, looking to improve the processes that underpin creative campaign delivery as a whole
• Collaborate with the wider Marketing Operations team on initiatives like improving briefing and planning at both a Global and local level
• An innovator – keep on top of the latest Tech/AI developments to support both project management and creative production ways of working
• Manage a small team of project managers
• Work closely with both the Studio Manager, planning ahead and making sure all projects have the resources to succeed

What will you bring to the table?

• 8-10 years’ experience in a project management role, preferably within a creative/design studio
• Experience working in a global role or across multiple countries/markets
• Experience of direct people management
• Working knowledge of project management software, e.g. Asana, Trello
• A well-organised, proactive, problem-solving mindset and confident thinking on your feet
• The ability to think long term, looking at ways we can improve our processes for future project delivery
• Strong understanding of different marketing functions
• Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment with exciting challenges and Agile workflows
• Great communication and people-management skills, including building strong relationships with stakeholders
