Our transformation is fueled by innovative Technology, tech that allows our business to maximise revenue opportunities, be agile and work more efficiently.We’re now recruiting our Business Transformation Team and are looking for a Lead Business Change Analyst. As Lead Business Change Analyst you will support our commercial functions such as Marketing, Sales and AdOps.You will act as the conduit between the commercial and technology teams, building tight relationships with commercial stakeholders across the European business and ensuring you represent their needs in how and why they do their roles and processes. Working closely with technology teams you’ll understand how we transform our “Lead to Invoicing” processes, ways of working and data.This role will be based in the UK but will have a European mandate and involve building strong relationships with European colleagues and travel to European markets.Success will be measured by business value delivered and speed of transformation, as well as the quality of the solutions delivered.What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

  • An experienced commercial person with a deep operational understanding of how good practice sales organisations should operate
  • An experienced media professional who understands the dynamics of a media business and has a deep operational understanding of how AdOps works
  • Experience of articulating business processes and information required in the process
  • Experience of verbal and written clear, engaging and content based communications and documentation
  • Experience of facilitation of workshops, meetings and communication forums

Tech skills

  • Experience of defining high level business processes
  • Experience of user acceptance testing and business quality assurance

Working patterns

  • Hybrid working, but expected to visit the office to collaborate with the team, create a culture and build relationship with the business
  • You will be expected to respond to be involved in supporting the resolution of major incidents outside of normal working hours.
