What you will be doing…As the Lead Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for business analysis in one of the customer journeys of our business, managing a team of Business Analysts and ensuring we deliver the correct solutions that align with the Digital Product team’s expected outcomes. You’ll be a fundamental part of the wider Business Analysis leadership team, and responsible for mentoring, resourcing, and coaching your team of Business Analysts. You’ll help implement Jet2.com and Jet2holidays product Strategy alongside managing a team that delivers for our customers, colleagues and supply chain, alongside delivering the operational and financial targets of the business.As our Lead Business Analyst, you’ll have access to a wide range of benefits including:

• You’ll lead a team of Business Analysts within the Digital Product organisation, coaching your teams to deliver the best solutions that solve our business problems and deliver growth for the organisation.
• You’ll support the Principal Business Analyst in setting standards and frameworks to deliver best-in-class business analysis.
• Provide advice, coaching and support to Business Analysts across our teams.
• Take the lead in business analysis activity, supporting all phases of delivery from scope definition and planning through to implementation.
• Work hand in hand with many different internal departments to understand the needs of the business and build a business analysis practice that can deliver for these needs.
• Work closely with counterparts in digital product management, design, and software engineering to align business analysts into teams to deliver against all the portfolio objectives.
• Keep everyone who needs to know in the know, whether that’s defining objectives, prioritising and agreeing on roadmaps or keeping people informed of releases and recent successes.

What you’ll have:

• Experience of working within Agile development teams working with Development, Testers, Data Science, and Product Management Teams.
• Experience in managing and coaching business analysts.
• A track record of shipping great products that users love.
• A good understanding of working closely with Digital Product, UX design, data and software engineering teams.
• Strong record of working with the business to deliver commercial objectives through digital products.
• Be an advocate for change, evangelise product management and business analysis practices and support product-led culture across the organisation.
