For more information, visit our website www.fsisac.com.POSITION SUMMARYLead analyst, Business Resilience and Exercises, as a member of FS-ISAC’s Business Resilience team, is responsible for engaging with member organizations on business resilience projects and exercises. The position reports to FS-ISAC Director for Global Business Resilience. This position is expected to support the regional manager for Business Resilience and Exercises to continue to build and enhance the EMEA Resilience and Exercise program. This position will take a leading role in the development and execution of exercises, conducting analysis on sector resilience, and the development of resilience related products.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for designing and developing exercise materials, such as: situation manuals, exercise plans, document after action reports and other such documentation to support meeting and exercise facilitation.

• Prepare regular reporting on exercise program activities.

• Perform exercise planning, documentation, facilitation & post analysis duties.

• Work closely with FS-ISAC regional staff to promote awareness and uptake of FS-ISAC exercises and business resiliency activities amongst members, regulators, and government agencies.

• Support the coordination the EMEA Business Resiliency Committee helping with logistics, participant outreach, agenda setting, minutes and action items, developing resilience related products, and leading working group discussions.

• Conduct analysis of resilience best practices, regulations, guidance, and laws

• Coordinate project planning for multiple exercises to achieve the goals of the regional exercise calendar.

• Travel from time to time (10%).

• Perform other assignments as needed.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• 3 years of experience on exercises, cybersecurity, or financial sector operations.

• 3 years of experience developing written analytic products for external audience.

• Some knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and terminology.

• Some knowledge of operational resilience principles

• Highly-developed prioritization skills with flexibility to expand workload and reorganize priorities.

• Analytical – Collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data.

• Business Acumen – Understands business implications of activities; exhibits interest in learning business cultures from around the world

• Interpersonal skills – Effectively interacts with individuals with variety of backgrounds and experience.

EDUCATION

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent.

• Technology Applications and Platforms: Proficient in MS Office365 applications including One Drive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

WORK ENVIRONMENTThis position can be remote or hybrid from FSISAC Den Haag, NL or London, UK office.
