Emtec Energy is a leading Solar PV engineering specialist in the UK, dedicated to reducing carbon footprints and delivering cost-effective renewable energy solutions. As we expand, we seeking a driven and hands on Project Manager to join our Large Projects Team.This role is project-based and open to candidates anywhere in the UK. Join us in advancing your career in the dynamic renewables sector!This role will initially be based in the Chester area with future projects being based UK wide.What You’ll be Doing

• Manage Large Solar PV projects from inception to delivery, ensuring compliance with standards, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead project coordination with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Create and organize project documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee work through regular site visits, maintaining quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Need

• Project management experience, ideally with an electrical or civils background.
• Strong skills in managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (including COSHH).
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• People management abilities and a strong customer focus.
• Full UK driving licence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
• Inspection and testing 2391/2
• SMSTS Qualification
