As a Laboratory Equipment Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Lab Support group, contributing to technical and analytical support tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate equipment qualification processes, including the drafting and advancement of associated Change Controls.
  • Assist in the introduction of new equipment and the retirement of outdated equipment. Administer TAG numbers and update SAP records.
  • Coordinate and respond to ad-hoc requests for information related to Empower administration queries.
  • Organize and assist with vendor or internal equipment calibrations.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment.
  • Review and drive equipment management tasks carried out by others, including associated record reviews.
  • Generate quality and business-related metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of GMP experience in a laboratory or e-system support environment.
  • Knowledge of and direct experience with laboratory e-systems (e.g., Empower 3) is advantageous.
  • Experience in change control (especially utilising Trackwise) and equipment qualification is preferred.
  • Proven process improvement experience.
