Our aim is to innovate the industry through an easy-to-use website, friendly support from our staff and a highly efficient order process, to meet your high standards every time you shop with Vital Parts.Brief job description:Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Data Analyst Apprentice with Vital Parts Ltd a manufacturing company based in Maidstone.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis: Perform basic data analysis using statistical techniques and tools under theguidance of senior management. This will include reviewing product pricing, competitoranalysis, sales/purchase patterns data among other reports.

• Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering data from various sources, such as our internal.
• CRM system, ensuring accuracy, and preparing it for analysis.
• Reporting: Help create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize data and present.
• findings as well as display company and department KPIs/metrics.
• Collaborative Projects: Work with cross-functional teams to support data needs for various projects and initiatives.
• Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your data analysis skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)Skills Required:

• School/college diploma or equivalent (or currently pursuing).
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from data.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated passion for data and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
