About the Role

Duties

· Wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment

· Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals at the appropriate levels to clean dishes

· Clean and maintain sanitation areas and organize cleaning supplies

· Clean the dishwashing machine

· Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing

Skills & Experience

· Unrestricted working rights for Australia

· I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
