• Working amongst the wider billing department to provide dedicated support for our Key Accounts across T & O revenue streams

• To take responsibility of key account billing processes working with both internal and external customers
• Reducing the backlog in terms of age, ensuring timely submission of billing applications
• Providing the wider Finance Team with updates at month end identifying opportunities and risk

Responsibilities:

• Organising meetings with both internal and external customer base to review current billing processes
• Continuous process improvement and simplification of activities
• Working closely with credit control to ensure billing accuracy, improve cash flow and identifying process failure
• Central point of contact for all billing related to key accounts
• Any other ad-hoc activity

Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures.Complete quarterly ethics module as advised by Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO)Fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS).Qualifications/ Experience/Knowledge:Essential

• Experience of Excel, MS Word
• Office administration and customer service experience are essential
• Previous Credit Control and/or Billing Experience
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external customers
• Able to work within a team and on their own initiative
• Knowledge of the details of the sales and operational processes in relation to invoicing a customer correctly
