You engage with clients:

• Develop & maintain a healthy, strong and trustworthy relationship with your clients (e.g. the companies you work with)
• Search and present candidates on their open positions
• You, as an expert, advise your clients on today’s market and the best solution for their open position
• Prospect a network of new clients
• You negotiate terms & conditions

You engage with candidates:

• Write vacancies and find the best potentials in the market
• Participate to job fairs throughout whole Belgium
• Prescreening of CV’s
• Thorough interviews with the candidates
• Advise candidates on their search criterias and career
• You follow-up the processes of your candidates at your clients
• Offer Management and seal the deal
• Change their lives
