Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth IT and Customer experience by optimizing hybrid collaboration, and maintaining a secure and efficient digital and on-site workspace for all users.You will report to the Operations Director, you will provide first, second, and occasionally third-line support to end users, including professors, participants, and staff.Your key responsibilities include:IT Support & Hardware Maintenance

  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, tablets, and smartphones, ensuring optimal performance of both hardware and software.
  • Set up and manage printers, high-volume scanners, and other office equipment.
  • Provide technical support for a wide range of collaboration and business tools, including educational & communication platforms, administrative systems, finance and marketing tools, CRM solutions and all other internal IT tools.
  • Oversee the maintenance and configuration of hybrid learning spaces, ensuring the smooth operation of projectors, interactive screens, and audio-visual equipment while providing technical assistance for in-person, hybrid, and remote sessions.
  • Manage back-office applications to ensure smooth system operations, diagnose isolated vs. systemic issues, and escalate them when necessary.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues related to LAN, TCP/IP, VPN, and cloud-based services
  • Support automation and IT standardization through tools such as software packaging and automated deployments.

Performance Monitoring & Knowledge Sharing

  • Contribute to the development of IT performance indicators to track support efficiency and optimize response times.
  • Organize knowledge transfer sessions with colleagues to enhance the team’s overall technical expertise.
  • Document IT issues and resolutions to improve troubleshooting processes and build an internal knowledge base.

Infrastructure Support:You will also have to assist the organisation of the infrastructure in hand with the office & logistic coordinator to smooth the organization of our programmes and workplace.

  • Reservation of rooms and auditoria
  • Logistical support and monitoring with programme coordinators (materials, case supplies, catering, rooms management, etc.)
  • Help in the office management (mails distribution, staff meeting, stock management & materials order,….)
  • Back-up of the Office & Logistic Coordinator

You will also participate to transversal projects that would require your help.Requirements

  • Must-have skills and mindset
  • A higher secondary education diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in French and good knowledge in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge and curiosity of hardware and software, including operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including LAN, TCP/IP, security protocols, Windows domains, and network printing, enabling effective troubleshooting and diagnosis.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong commitment to finding structural solutions to recurring issues.
  • Ability to work in a structured manner, effectively prioritizing tasks and managing workload.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
