Spark Networks, a leading global dating company with a portfolio that includes JDate and Christian Mingle, is looking to hire a motivated and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This entry-level role will involve working closely with the marketing organization while reporting to the Director of Product Design and UX Research. The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in creating visually appealing graphics that align with our brand and effectively engage our audience. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the development of creative assets that align with our brand strategy and drive engagement across digital channels.

This role is a full-time remote position that must be located in the United States (preferably EST).

All candidates must submit a portfolio of recent work with their application for consideration.

WhoWe’reLooking For

In this role you will deliver high-quality, visually compelling content that supports performance marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives, utilizing the tools central to our operations.

The background of a successful candidate will include:

• 0-2 years of experience in graphic design; internships or freelance work are welcome.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma (design and prototyping), Miro (collaborative whiteboarding), and Braze (for email template design and campaign execution).
• Basic HTML knowledge to support email design and web layout tasks.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems in Figma to ensure consistent application across all projects.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in digital design and creative problem-solving, including work on email campaigns, landing pages, and digital marketing assets.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana (or similar) for tracking tasks and collaborating with other teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with creating dynamic templates for digital ads in Celtra.
• Familiarity with Canva for quick-turn projects and templated designs.

What You’llDo

• Assist in creative asset development for digital materials such as social media graphics, email templates (Braze), landing pages, and other promotional graphics.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all visual communications and across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and performance teams to create visuals that align with campaign goals and user needs.
• Use Figma and Miro for collaborative design, prototyping, and feedback integration in a streamlined, team-friendly manner.
• Provide basic HTML support for emails and landing page templates, ensuring seamless integration with marketing tools like Braze.
