The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for technology, a flair for customer service to develop a career in a progressive company and work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Being part of a progressive expanding IT company & learning new skills and technologies. Full training will be provided on the job.
• Preparation of new IT equipment for customers. The prep area is very busy, All new laptops and PCs sold by the company are prepped to a high standard in the prep area, so attention to detail and a strong work ethic is vital.
• Back up and restoration of end user profiles, rebuilding PC and laptop operating systems and applying all relevant security patches.
• Assisting with Level 1 calls on a busy Help Desk (Training will be given).
• Ability to take ownership of customers issues & queries and to work on own initiative.

Key Requirements

The position is ideal for a person who has a basic understanding of I.T. and is looking to get a starter position in an I.T. company. The role is in the prep area where all equipment is setup for end users before going to site. Fluent English is essential as the role can often be customer facing when customers come to the office to drop off and pick up equipment and to have specific work done. The candidate must possess excellent customer communication skills.
