Junior Customer Service RepresentativeNatus Medical Incorporated is an international leading provider of healthcare products used for the screening, detection, treatment, monitoring and tracking of common medical ailments in newborn care, hearing impairment, neurological dysfunction, epilepsy, sleep disorders, and balance and mobility disorders.The successful applicant will join our UK and Ireland Customer Service Teams as a Junior Customer Service Representative (m/f). The position is based in our Baynards Green Office located a short distance from junction 10 of the M40.We are looking for someone who is passionate and thinks outside the box about all aspects of Customer Services. From processing customers’ orders, to resolving disputes whilst maintaining our companies core values. Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, the successful applicate will be a part of our modest office team and will report directly to the UK Customer Service Team Lead.If you are a college leaver or new to the employment market and are looking for a role where you would be supported to develop your career in Customer Services, working with both Public and Private sector customers, whilst actioning diverse daily tasks then this could be the role for you.Main tasksThe applicant will be able to perform the following tasks, others can be added: * Checking and entering all sales orders received from customers using our bespoke operating system.

  • Answer customer phone calls and emails about orders, pricing enquiries, disputes, and complaints.
  • Communicating updates with our distribution warehouse, couriers, and informing the sales team about any orders and delivery issues.
  • Manage all goods returns requested received in from customers from the initial request to processing the credit note.
  • Following up on deliveries and creation of installation cases where required.
  • Manage invoice queries, processing credits and rebills when necessary.
  • Additional projects, including process review and improvement, personal development, and supporting the sales team with market growth.

Qualification Requirements

  • To have experience in order entry and customer service.
  • To be able to work as a team with the Service, Customer Service, and Sales department.
  • To be able to maintain quality phone and email communication with customers.
  • To be able to settle customers’ demands and follow administrative procedures.
  • Abilities with the Back Office and experience with Oracle would be a plus.
  • Good organizational qualities and reporting skills, with the ability to adapt to changes and to handle pressure.
