Continue reading!What the key tasks will look likeWe are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Transformation team. You will join a 14-people team consisting of transformation leads, transformation analysts, a strategy manager, business analysts and change/lean leads. Your personal focus will be on analyzing and defining business requirements and translating those to our IT colleagues. You will also participate in the testing efforts of these requirement and will be working on various projects at the same time. Projects are mainly related to digital transformation, automation and innovation with the goal to improve the digital journey of our customers

  • Requirements Engineering: Write, challenge and align high-quality business requirements with IT.
  • Testing: Co-create test cases with business and monitor results and changes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Keep stakeholders committed, informed, and open to change.
  • Business Analysis: Identify process improvements and develop long-term solutions.
  • Collaboration: Be inspiring, fun, and bring a can-do attitude to the team and beyond.

Required skills and competenciesBackground

  • You have 5+ years of work experience as a business analyst, experience in insurance is a plus
  • Having an academic master’s degree is an asset
  • You have a passion for digital transformation and an interest in cutting-edge technology
  • You have been the bridge between business and IT before, in projects

Technical skills

  • Business analysis, experience and proficiency in business analysis, writing business requirements and defining acceptance criteria
  • BPMN, you have proven experience and proficiency in drawing and evaluating process flows.
  • Analytical skills, ability to understand, discover and analyze business processes and project needs and goals, AS IS and TO BE situations, and optimizations to identify improvement opportunities and translate these into concrete plans and deliverables.
  • Monitoring and reporting, sharing progress, the realization of benefits and ensuring the timeline is respected.
  • Customer journeys, understanding of E2E customer journeys and the impact of business process and system changes on those
  • Defines test cases, contributes to the test plan and monitor the testing phase

Personal skills

  • Trilingual proficiency, you speak (and write) Dutch, French and English; which to us means you are native in one of the languages and master the others at a professional level
  • Detail-oriented, attention to and focus on ensuring correct and complete delivery
  • Communication skills, excellent written and verbal presentation skills, active listening skills, empathy, and approachability at all levels.
  • Customer and result-orientedtext, while ensuring results are delivered.
