Job Description At GemPool, we are actively looking for an IT Warehouse Specialist to join our client based in Park West. Previous experience and knowledge of the logistics and warehouse industry are essential for this role. The warehouse is a fast-paced, dynamic operation that requires a dedicated and hardworking applicant who isn’t averse to being ‘hands-on’. The IT Warehouse Specialist role will act as the main point of contact for specific customer-related projects.Main Responsibilities:

• Manage IT-related projects with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of material and inventory transactions within specified SLAs.
• Adhere to and uphold maintenance standards and health and safety regulations.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination with various departments, teams, and customers.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement measures to enhance work procedures and practices.
• Maintain high standards and quality in all aspects of warehouse operations.
• Deploy computer images across multiple systems using imaging software or deployment tools.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation for all activities.

Essential Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Familiarity with computer electronics, parts, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills and knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience in imaging, deployment, and configuration of computers.
• Solid understanding of operating systems and software deployment technologies.

Education and Experience:

• Certification in imaging and deployment technologies is preferred.
