IT Technician – Technology Services (6 Posts) (Panel) (Permanent Wholetime) (Reference: 945/TS/OD) The Technician will be responsible to the President, Director, Head of School, Assistant Head of School, and Senior Technical Officer/Technical Officer for the administration and development of technical facilities within University, College/Directorate, School, Department, Function level. S/He will be required to work closely with students, management, academic, technical and other staff. Hours of Work: A 36.5 hour working week is in operation. Location: TU Dublin campuses i.e. Grangegorman Salary: The Technician Salary Scale is: • €35,429 gross per annum (new entrants) • €38,500 gross per annum Appointments will be made at the appropriate point on the appropriate scale.
