We currently have a vacancy for an IT Support Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Your tasks

• Organization, implementation and maintenance of Information Systems Support and Service Management;
• Coordination of wiki sites, collaborative sites and support teams;
• Management and follow-up of user requests and service quality;
• Participation in user, service and project meetings.

Requirements

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years;
• Minimum 5 years of specific expertise in end-user support of information systems;
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with ITIL;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in following-up of service quality (Capacity, availability, SLA breaches);
• Minimum 5 years of experience in preparation of related documentation (User manuals, Problems report, KPI reports);
• Minimum 5 years of specific expertise in implementation of support processes (Incident management, Change management);
• Minimum 3 years of experience in wiki and collaborative sites;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement related to service management;
• Minimum 3years of experience in Confluence, Jira and ServiceNow;
• ITIL foundation certification will be considered an asset;
• Excellent command of the English language.
