You’ll assist with troubleshooting hardware and software problems, managing user accounts, and escalating complex issues to senior technicians.This role would suit a proactive and customer-focused individual with a passion for IT and a desire to grow within the company. You should have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of IT systems.The Role:

• Provide first-line support to clients, resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software problems and managing user accounts.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians and maintain accurate records of support requests.

• Local to Bicester, must have driving license and transport.
