What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily IT support operations, ensuring efficient resolution of user issues.
• Manage hardware and software procurement processes and vendor relationships.
• Lead IT projects, implement procedures for incident management, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and manage a team of IT Support Analysts, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while maintaining high service quality.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong experience in IT service delivery and support desk operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and security fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of Linux, Windows desktop/server environments, Active Directory, and hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated environments or with MOD suppliers is a plus.
